...or something like that. i was watching an episode of sex n the city and it hit me when she said that. you know people have always been saying how we've to be ourselves, stay true to our roots and not let other people affect us so easily. it got me thinking about who we really are. aren't we basically just a mash-up of the people we've been interacting with since birth? through the countless conversations and exchanges with all these people, we would have inadvertently absorbed some of their characteristics into our own. true we would develop our own unique characteristics but that is only a small portion of the whole. as the saying goes "you can judge a man by the company he keeps".
