This is the scene from Back to the Future I where Marty McFly (Michael J Fox) plays Chuck Berry's Johnny B Goode at his parent's high school party (or festival or something).
It's one of those moments you know would go down in cinematic history. One of those scenes where, 20 years down the road when you mention it, someone would go "yeah I remember watching that show when I was a kid and I absolutely loved that part!"

there was some talk in the forums and apparently michael j fox was really playing the guitar when filming. he was quite good with the guitar when he was younger. of course the vocals is not him la.
