While surfing the net, I happened to stumble across a free website builder offered by Ewen Chia and thought this was a great way for people to learn to built websites without having to buy expensive software like Dreamweaver or FrontPage, etc.

I've downloaded the software myself and fumbled a bit with it. The interface is pretty okay but of course not as professional as Dreamweaver. Hey, what do you expect from a free product.
